The products are put together by designers / weavers / artisans located across India. On receipt of your order, the ordered products are shipped to us from these locations to our warehouses. On arrival at our warehouse, they are quality checked, packed carefully and insured for safety before shipped to you. Hence we need around 7 days to ship the product to you
Domestic orders within India will be processed within 7 business days from the date of order.
For International orders, where your shipping address located outside India, the estimated delivery time is within 14 days from the date of shipping.
In the case of custom orders, shipping timelines are 21 days for most products. But may vary based on the individual product ordered. In such cases the estimated shipping time will be informed to you and concurrence taken prior to accepting your order.
Estimated Delivery Times are indicative and are based on a large number of factors including several which are not under Vapusa’s direct control. Therefore, the actual delivery time could get delayed. Vapusa cannot be held responsible for delays on account of these external factors like customs clearances, human errors and force de majeure reasons like floods, natural calamities etc.
